Motivate his personnel keeping discipline, supervise that trainingneeds are meet, Retain and develop employees, keeping the right Head Count. Keep WCM practices on production floor. Educations and Experience:Industrial Engineer or similar & experience in manufacturing environment. Experience in Production Systems. Spanish/English intermediate or advance.
