**Job Summary**
Value Stream Manager will oversee all aspects of manufacturing strategy and operations. Will drive continuous improvement in process design effidency, manufacturing flow, cost savings, quality, and resource utilization. Also, will develop and implement policies and programs to ensure products are manufactured within schedule and according to established quality and cost standards. Will lead the new product launches on his areas.
**Minimum Qualifications & Requirements**
- Strong leadership, organizational, and planning skills, independent thinker, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Ability to lead people in obtaining a common goal while maintaining a positive atmosphere with the work group.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily and weekly workload.
- Ability to effectively present information in a one-on-one and small group setting to customers, employees, and other corporate/executive officials.
- Ability to set and follow working systems.
**Essential Duties & Responsabilities**
- Manage production planning and schedule through fulfillment of customer orders ensuring quality, timeliness, and completion.
- Manage and monitor raw material and finished goods inventory.
- Manage production employees to meet production targets, maintain a positive can-do work environment, minimize labor costs, and maintain proper labor force levels per shift.
- Develop continuous process improvement strategies to drive operational efficiencies and cost savings.
- Implement methodologies for manufacturing structure such like Lean, Kanban, Six Sigma, etc.
- Reviews production and operating reports and resolves operational, manufacturing, and maintenance problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent operational delays.
- Responsible for actively participating in the company's cost reduction program, contributing suggestions, and implementing them in a coordinated manner.
- Create synergy and coordinate departments like human resources, quality, process engineering, purchasing, IT. Maintenance and EHS at the plant level.
- Responsible of the areas condition ensuring the adequate use of the equipment and building.
- Team development and couching on manufacturing, continues improvement and best practices.
- Responsible to have a positive and attractive work environment for all the employees
- Ensure the EHS requirements fulfillment.
- Drive the team to a continues improvement path.
- Analyzes and resolves work issues while assisting team leaders/workers in solving work problems.
- Help to implement and enforce company policies.
- Develops capital equipment justifications for machine tools and process technology to improve quality, cost, and cycle times
- Guarantee ethical practices among the work team, fostering respect, tolerance, inclusion, and communication, and following up on any offense against these values that has been observed, reported to or escalated to the position in regard to the Psychosocial Risks Prevention Policy, the Protocol to Attend Work Violence Reports and any other applicable regulation.
- Comply with general dispositions applicable to all the personnel, such as:
- Adhere to ethical, technical and safety guidelines of the company. (Rules and regulations, codes, policies, procedures, protocols, etc.).
