- Implement continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, One-Piece Flow, and Kanban processes.
- Take primary responsibility for operational and financial indicators, including the P&L.
- Develop and manage the annual budget.
- Oversee cost management, focusing on absorption cost concepts.
- Manage unionized personnel under a collective bargaining agreement.
- Lead production, engineering, and quality teams.
