**Requisitos**:
- Personality: Goal oriented self-starter, not afraid to make independent decisions based on an operational assessment
- Experience and Knowledge: Basic knowledge of fluid power and hydraulics and Lean Manufacturing, ability to read blueprints and hydraulic schematics
- Enthusiasm: passionate about factory automation and leading change
- Education: Associate Degree in Engineering/Machining or equivalent experience; 4 plus years in a manufacturing environment is a must
