- Supervise personnel and administer company policy in a manner consistent with Confidencial Confidencial-s standards
- Consistently monitor and appraise employees' performance to expected levels and to praise excellent performance
- Counsel, develop and train employees to achieve both company goals and individual career goals
- Manage key metrics (Safety,, Productivity, S, value stream delivery performance and others) utilizing
, BPS and other tools to improve Safety, Cost, and Delivery
- Support creation, implementation and maintenance of standardized Work Instructions as required
- Perform other essential and related peripheral duties as assigned
- Other special assignments as determined by VS Management.
**Requisitos**:
- Minimum Associate Degree in Engineering/Machining or equivalent Importante empresa; plus years in a manufacturing
environment is a must
- Basic knowledge uid power and hydraulics and Lean Manufacturing
- Demonstrated ability to provide guidanceto team leaders on technical issues and perform daily meetings
- Goal oriented self-starter, not afraid to make independent decisions based on an operational assessment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills
- PC Importante empresa with a good working knowledge of SAP and Importante empresa Office.
- Ability to read blueprints and hydraulic schematics
- Ability to professionally and positively interact with customers and business colleagues
