VAT Analyst role would be responsible for managing VAT return full process from prepare support, submission, and provide follow up to Tax Authority additional information request and site visit or Audits related to VAT returns.
Also, will work closely with external Tax counselor Baker McKenzie (BM) to achieve this target.
**MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES**
**VAT Clerk role is created to support SBD Monterrey with**:
1.Extract all information required from site systems (for example SAP) to document each transaction that implied VAT and the respective invoice and XML during the period under analysis.
2. Prepare all the worksheets required to tie the VAT determined vs bank statement to demonstrate cash paid.
3. Tie balance to Monthly VAT declared to SAT and make proper complementary tax return in case of be necessary.
4. Once package is complete submit to BM to start screening process and in the planned dates
5. Support BM in any additional information request or explanation required
6. Support SAT additional information required after VAT Return submission until completed and as many times this Authority execute this process.

**REQUIREMENTS**
**E d uc a t i o n R e q uir e d**:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration
**Work Experience Required**:
Previous experience on VAT refund requests
Experience working for an Accounting/Tax Firm is strongly desirable.
