This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze products and implement innovative solutions that align with the company's strategic objectives.Your Responsibilities will be:Lead and manage VAVE projects to optimize product design and reduce costs without compromising quality.Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and other departments to identify value improvement opportunities.Conduct thorough cost-benefit analyses and feasibility studies to support decision-making processes.Develop and implement strategies to streamline production processes and improve product lifecycle management.Facilitate VAVE workshops and brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas.Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings, strategies, and progress to stakeholders.Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and successful project execution.Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to drive continuous improvement.Train and mentor team members on VAVE methodologies and best practices.What Qualifications you will bring:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.Proven experience in value engineering, cost reduction, or product management.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in project management software and tools.Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain management.Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.Other skills that we would welcome:Certification in VAVE or related methodologies.Experience in the specific industry relevant to the company.Familiarity with CAD software and design optimization tools
