**VAVE Packaging Leader**:
**We engineer and manufacture a full range of power and signal distribution systems, including the high-speed data and high-power electrical systems needed to build feature-rich, highly automated, electric vehicles.**:
**Position Summary**:
**Your Role**:
- **Meet annual savings target.**:
- **Collaborate with suppliers to design and develop innovative packaging solutions to reduce cost, meet product protection and sustainability.**:
- **Coordinate packaging testing and validation to ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.**:
- **Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to identify, develop, and implement packaging or VAVE recommendations focused on cost reduction.**:
- **Develop and maintain packaging specifications, drawings, and documentation.**:
- **Lead VAVE workshops and teams to identify and prioritize opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.**:
- **Develop and maintain documentation, including project reports, proposals, and presentations.**:
- **Identify and implement best practices and lessons learned to drive continuous improvement.**:
**Your Background**:
**- **Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field**:
- **Good English skills (written and oral)**:
- **Computer skills (MS Office)**:
- **3+ years of experience in VAVE, packaging engineering, or related field**:
- **Strong understanding of packaging materials, processes, and testing methods**:
- **Strong understanding of VAVE methodologies and tools**:
- **Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills**:
- **Experience with packaging, product design, engineering drawings, manufacturing processes, and cost reduction initiatives.**:
- **Ability to lead and facilitate workshops and teams.**:
