The Vendor Compliance Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the compliance of vendors and service providers according to established policies and Mexican regulations. SafetyConduct and submit SWO as required by the organization.Attend required training sessions provided by IP.B. Validation of Vendor ComplianceCommunicate with REPSE specialized service providers.Ensure adherence to REPSE specialized service providers' policies and procedures.Coordinate communication with PWC platform provider.Organize training sessions for REPSE specialized service providers on PWC platform usage.Validate documentation on the PWC platform.Ensure compliance of REPSE specialized service providers.Generate reports and compliance status of REPSE specialized service providers.Ensure IP's vendors are not in the blacklist published by the Tax Authority, reporting any incident to management and request.Collaborate and communicate effectively with GS, IT, Tax, HR, and Finance departments.Ensure facility compliance with the Fuels Consumption regulation.C.
