Vendor Management analyst for CTI ensures CTI commitments and makes sure that contracts are in place, invoices are processed correctly, penalties are applied to vendors not complying with SLAs and that the business achieves stablished financial goals.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Ensure that all the services and products purchased are based on contracts and in accordance with the CEMP, compliance and security processes
- Ensuring that suppliers comply with CASP and the Due Diligence process
- TPRAP tracking with Third Party Management
- Carry out negotiations in conjunction with purchases and suppliers for renewals and new Infrastructure contracts
- Supervise the payments of HW, SW and Services related to CTI Mexico
- Perform receipt of Billing and provide the provider with the receipt number
- Support to Service Managers in the establishment and monitoring of KPIs
- Identification and Meeting with Critical suppliers
- Review of Terms and Conditions of Infrastructure contracts
- Follow-up of contract renewal, notify the Service Managers of the conclusion of the Contract and Annex process.
- Manage Infrastructure Contracts
- Participate in the preparation and evaluation of RFPs and RFQs
- Escalate with ESC Payments in case of invoice rejection until its solution.
- Maintenance of the supplier bases, payment terms, bank accounts, registrations, cancellations, etc.
- Annual recruitment plan preparation
- Search for efficiencies and optimizations
- Interaction with project finances
- CEMP Management of expenses and commodities
- Monitoring budgetary deviations in contracts
- Creation of Purchase Orders
**Knowledge/Experience**:
- Understands CitiBanamex general business processes and operational practices
- Understanding of accounting concepts
- Advanced skill and proficiency with MS PowerPoint, Excel, Access or other analytical tools to provide Accounting, Financial, Budgetary Control is very appreciated
- Administrative and Planning Knowledge.
- At least 3 years in banking experience are highly appreciated, particularly in TI
**Qualifications**:
- B.S./B.A.
degree level is desirable
- +3 years of experience in Accounting, Finance or Engineering experience is more relevant than formal qualifications.
- Advance level of English is required.
