Vendor Scheduler

As a Vendor Scheduler, you will manage raw material receipts and inventory, including consignment programs. Responsible for the inventory management and vendor scheduling activities for a specific production line or plant wide were applicable. Responsible for meeting the AOP and SIOP goals on weekly and monthly inventory targets and supplier and customer delivery metrics for the specific operations line were applicable.YOUR PROFILE:- Highschool diploma- Experience in manufacturing planning- Experience with MRP/ERP Systems- Ability to lead process improvement- Knowledge in Sigma or lean- Ability to work independently and take direction from others- Established skills and experience in Materials managementYOUR ROLE:- Solve material related problems- Maintains all the supplier schedules in SAP. Perform weekly planning process and execute exceptions- Responsible for the Suppliers performance metrics (Delivery, Past Due, etc)- Ensure timely material ordering- Engineering Change Requests- Ensure compliance with Garrett Advancing Motion Operating System- Ensure Health, Safety and Environmental compliance- Organize monthly meeting to monitor inventory- Provide data and analysis- Escalate shortages and potential shortages
