- Manage raw material receipts to fulfill operations needs on time and with the quantities needed.
Responsible for the inventory management and vendor scheduling activities for a specific production line or plant wide were applicable.
Responsible for meeting the AOP and SIOP goals on weekly and monthly inventory targets and supplier and customer delivery metrics for the specific operations line were applicable.
**Experiência y requisitos**
- Your role: - Responsible of kaizen & knowledge sharing to ensure Continuous Improvement throughout the process
- Adherence on HSE Procedures and support initiatives
- Maintains all the supplier schedules in SAP- Responsible for the Suppliers performance metrics (Delivery, Past Due, etc.)
- Analyze materials availability and communicates supplier commitments for critical items to CS and planning team
- In accordance with logistics, expedites material from suppliers when the production plan is in risk
- Provides weekly and monthly components stock projections (receipts and consumption forecasts)
- Responsible to request and follow up supplier training (SCC.
ASN, etc) when needed
- As part of the operations team, responsible of plant performance metrics (Customer PD & OTTR, SIOP, etc)
- Responsible to follow up with other areas to unblock issues to have materials in plant to meet customer demand
- Responsible to follow up materials reception on time to avoid impacting production linesYour profile:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or Engineering related areas
- Previous experience as buyer or production planner
- Advanced English
- Previous relevant experience in inventory control or vendor scheduling
- Six sigma knowledge desired
- ERP/MRP systems knowledge desired
