Innovation and creativity are at the heart of our shows and will continue to transcend our upcoming productions around the world.YOUR MISSIONAs Marketing Director, you will report to the show's Company Manager. You will play a key role in achieving the show's business and marketing objectives. Beyond strategies and action plans, leadership and a working method that unites individuals around a common goal are essential to maximize the team's chances of success.Responsible for the marketing strategy and ticket sales results for the dinner show; Coordinate teammembers to successfully execute marketing campaigns including, but not limited to, advertising (traditional and digital), promotions, media events and public relations and content creation; Work collaboratively with the Cirque du Soleil Marketing team to maintain the highest standards and norms; Coordinate the development of assets, including radio spots, TV spots, video ad blocks, static banners, social content, etc., in partnership with the creative team first, then the operations team; Recruit, train,lead and guide a regional sales and marketing team at local, national and international levels; Establish and implement key strategic initiatives for corporate and group sales; Work with traditional and digital marketing agencies with a focus on return on ad spend and maximizing ticket revenue; Responsible forMarketing budget and expense approval
