As a Verification Quality Lead Engineer at Micron Technology, Inc., you will be responsible for leading a team to ensure that the DRAM verification design activities meet the highest standards and requirements. You will work with verification experts to identify, enable, and propagate state-of-the-art verification methodologies, strategies, and solutions across the organization.

This position is being offered in Guadalajara, Mexico.
Responsibilities and Duties include, but are not limited to:Collaborate with verification experts to identify, enable, and propagate verification methodologies, strategies, and solutions across the organization.Enable and maintain the JAMA verification requirement management system.Participate and audit the verification activities and reviews.Conduct occasional off-hour meetings with international team members.Manage the project verification and silicon fail feedback learning process.Build solid relationships with various engineering teams, business units, and cross-functional organizations within Micron.Translate strategy to action; influence, negotiate, manage change, and present.Develop an expert-level understanding in the DRAM circuit design and verification.Build, manage, and mentor a tightly coupled verification quality team.Qualifications and Skills include, but are not limited to:5+ years experience in VLSI Circuit Design or Verification.A Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.Effective consultative and influencing approach, including solid technical writing skills (Required).Excellent interpersonal, planning, communication, and presentation skills.Interested candidates should send their CVs through this channel.
