This position is being offered in Guadalajara, Mexico.
Responsibilities and Duties include, but not limited to: • Collaborate with verification experts to identify, enable, and propagate verification methodologies, strategies, and solutions across the organization.
• Enable and maintain the JAMA verification requirement management system.
• Author verification training programs.
• Participate and audit the verification activities and reviews.
• Collaborate and conduct occasional off-hour meetings with international team members.
• Manage the project verification and silicon fail feedback learning process.
• Build solid relationships with various engineering teams, business units, and cross-functional organizations within Micron.
• Translate strategy to action; influence, negotiation, change management, and presentation.
• Develop an expert-level understanding in the DRAM circuit design and verification.
• Build, manage and mentor a tightly coupled verification quality team.
Qualifications and Skills include, but not limited to: • 5+ years experience in VLSI Circuit Design or Verification.
• A Bachelors, or equivalent experience in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Effective consultative and influencing approach, including solid technical writing skills (Required).
• Excellent interpersonal, planning, communication, and presentation skills.
