Vhive Operations Specialist

VHive is seeking an experienced UAV (unmanned aerial vehicle) expert to support and trainvHive's customers and partners all over the world.**Duties include but are not limited to**:- Assist pilots during online training sessions on the use of the vHive Platform and conduct Q&A sessions for advanced topics- Collaborating with the development team to identify and prioritize feature enhancements based on user feedback and field observations.- Develop advanced tools for tracking and reporting frequency of issues encountered by pilots**Desired applicants would ideally possess**:- Excellent communication skills and an adept troubleshooter who can quickly identify and resolve technical issues in real time- Continuously expanding knowledge of drone technology advancements, industry regulations, and best practices to stay ahead of the curve and provide informed support and guidance to users.- Familiarity with drone data processing and analysis software to assist pilots in maximizing the quality of their aerial data.- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders, balancing the needs of pilots, development teams, and management.- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing user inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring that all user inquiries and issues are addressed promptly and accurately.LI-Remote**Requirements**:- Valid Drone Pilot certificate- 2-3 years of experience in flying drones- Good understanding of Photogrammetry principles- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Fluent in English required, Spanish- Highly desired, French and Portuguese are a plus- Available to work in shifts for a limited period to support projects in different time zones across the globe- 1-2 years of training experience- Software experience including Microsoft Office, Google Drive, JIRA,The CV must be written in English.
