Vice President Assistant

**Education required**:- Bachelors degree**Experience required**:- English Fluent- 3 years of experience in similar position- Excellent MS Office knowledge- Outstanding organizational and time management skills- Excellent verbal and written communications skills- Discretion and confidentiality**Fuctions of the position**:- Develop, document, and implement business plans, processes, and procedures.- Develop presentations for management and stakeholders on business operations and developments.- Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records- Performing minor accounting duties- Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary- Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner- Welcoming visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate department- Managing the executive's calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: $1.00 - $2.00 per month**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Administrative Assistant: 3 years (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)
