.Job DescriptionThe role of Vice President Sales Team corresponds to a GCB4. This FTE directly manages 4 FTEs (GCB 5). This position is responsible for +800 MG with +1000 legal entities; it also includes the management of the commercial activity of the team and guarantees the fulfillment of HSBC strategy aligned with Global Standards.The position requires the seniority to negotiate with customers (CFO, CEO, Treasurers) and internal colleagues such as LoB, Product, Digital areas, and other stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesEstablishing new business relationships and strengthening existing ones, whilst ensuring fair outcomes for all types of customers.Communicating new products, propositions, and relevant market information to customers.Proactively identifying sales opportunities and developing these opportunities.Devising plans and strategies to generate new business, as well as increasing revenue for existing ones to achieve asset growth, sales, or revenue targets.Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including Global Relationship Managers and Global Sales Managers, to maximize cross-selling opportunities for the bank.Participating in and generating events, initiatives, and activities to develop business opportunities.Developing and implementing distribution channel business development strategies.Protecting the bank's reputation and ensuring an acceptable risk profile whilst deepening your understanding of the client through credit and customer due diligence reviews.RequirementsIncrease the caption of new revenue through the execution of focused strategies.High-level conversations to define punctual points of action according to the specific needs of each line of business.Work closely with ISB, having a deep knowledge of the needs of the Line of Business to elaborate specific projects and integral proposals with other areas such as international trade services, payroll, and foreign exchange.Identify focal pain points for internal/external commercial cash management processes to correct them and improve the fee charging process; this will directly affect revenue increase.Manage the coordination of national commercial events to potentiate the increase in attracting new clients and new operations/services with existing clients.
