.Job Title: Vice President - AdministrationLocation: Altair Costumer Locations, MxJob Summary:We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Vice President - Administration to manage, lead, and develop subordinate team members and overall Administration strategy and function in support of maintaining and improving safe and productive manufacturing operations for Toyoda Gosei Americas (TG) Mexico locations.Key Responsibilities:Manage strategy, provide leadership/direction, and oversee operations for the Accounting/Finance, Human Resources, Management Information Systems, and Health & Safety departments.Develop, implement, and monitor success of plans in pursuit of annual President's policy.Clearly define staff and management level objectives to support department goals.Evaluate staff and management progress and performance in accomplishing individual and department objectives.Oversee the development, management, utilization and adherence to plant policies and procedures.Ensure staff and management maintain professionalism and TGNA vision when resolving issues.Oversee and ensure compliance in plant level recruitment, hiring, disciplinary action, benefits, & legal issues.Ensure communication and intercompany partnership as required to meet the needs of the company.Support and promote employee activities, ensuring positive morale (holiday and company party, outings, tournaments and committees).Provide plant leadership for safety; including overseeing the safety committee and Health & Safety program.Manage contracts, negotiations, legal, ethics, and compliance for all external contracts.Serve as a representative of TGNA leadership for community relations, activities, volunteer opportunities, and donations in the Mexico region.Drive optimization by being actively engaged in continuous improvement efforts.Function in a highly collaborative environment where flexibility and teamwork is critical to success.Requirements:Minimum of ten years of management experience in a multi-disciplined capacity.Minimum of ten years of related work experience.Experience working in a manufacturing environment.Bachelor degree in a related field.Working knowledge of legal requirements, employment law, and contract administration.Experience managing budget, and a strong working understanding of financial operations within manufacturing (including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow).Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint.Ability to consistently meet deadlines.Effective verbal, non-verbal, negotiation and written communication skills.Ability to sustain a high degree of professionalism in interacting with internal and external customers.Effective attention to detail, problem solving, analytical and organizational skills.Preferred Qualifications:Familiarity with Japanese/Mexican business model
