We help serve a diverse range of industries such as healthcare, automotive, aerospace, renewable energy, robotics, shipbuilding, and so much more.Your Opportunity:**Responsibilities**:Strategic Vision & Leadership:- Design and implement a comprehensive global sourcing strategy for all indirect materials and services, ensuring alignment with the company's overarching business objectives.- Establish a holistic, international logistics and freight strategy, optimizing efficiency and reducing transportation costs across complex delivery networks.- Spearhead the digital transformation of sourcing and logistics processes, leveraging technologies to improve spend visibility, analytics, and supplier management.- Build and lead a high-performance, global team of indirect sourcing, logistics, and freight professionals, creating a collaborative and results-oriented environment.Supplier Development & Contract Negotiation:- Identify, evaluate, and establish collaborative partnerships with a diversified supplier base across various global regions.- Conduct in-depth market analysis, lead complex contract negotiations, and manage supplier relationships to secure the most favorable pricing, quality, and delivery terms.- Develop and manage robust risk mitigation strategies throughout the supply chain, encompassing geographical, regulatory, and financial risks.Cost Reduction & Process Optimization- Drive aggressive cost savings initiatives across all indirect spend categories, leveraging global sourcing strategies and economies of scale.- Analyze international freight and logistics processes, implementing streamlined operations to increase efficiency, minimize delays, and address capacity constraints.- Oversee the development and maintenance of robust KPIs and metrics to track cost savings, supplier performance, and logistics effectiveness
