Representing over a third of Mastercard revenues, Services is a key differentiator for Mastercard.The Platform Sales teams are responsible for sales activities across Mastercard specialist sales platforms and products to drive business across specializations and offerings. We are seeking a Vice President of Platform Sales for Latin America & Caribbean (LAC) to act as a central hub for platform sales activities within the region. The role will act as the central coordination point for activities across platforms and acquisition sales teams and be responsible for identifying opportunities to cross-sell. The role will report directly to the Regional Business Development Lead, with close coordination with the Global Specialized Platform Sales teams.Key Responsibilities:Enable and coordinate Platform Sales efforts across the region.Manage a team with P&L responsibility with a focus on achieving revenue targets.Act as the main point of contact and key conduit amongst specialist platform sales and acquisition sales teams.Serve as a connection point across global BD teams to incorporate a holistic view of offerings available to customers and coordinate sales efforts.Partner with BD teams to embed various specialized platforms into account strategies.Coordinate across platforms to identify cross-sell opportunities where possible.Accelerate and optimize platform sales within the region.Build relationships with key customers while remaining in close alignment with the BD operating model.Be a thought leader and subject matter expert for both Mastercard and our customers.Manage a geographically diverse team.
