.Product Strategist & Team Leader - Global Emerging Markets EquitiesVice President Role Summary:Develop in-depth knowledge of the US equity space and the team's investment process.Product Strategy Responsibilities:Drive the production of standard client collateral such as presentations, factsheets, and commentariesAssist Portfolio Managers and senior Product Strategists by delivering bespoke materials, performance and competitor analyticsTake ownership of internal and external reporting by collating and analysing performance attribution, exposure, AUM and flows dataBuild and maintain database reports (e.G. Morningstar, eVestment, FactSet)Support commercial priorities by responding to client and prospect inquiries on the team's strategies. Collaborate on standard RFI production, DDQs and other client questionnaire completionKeep abreast of regulatory and other structural trends and ensure that both new and existing products comply with regulatory requirementsLead on innovation projects focused on efficiency gains and generating further insightsTeam Leader Responsibilities:Help grow the Mexico City footprint for Fundamental Equity within the Product Strategy Function.Assist with the future hiring programme and subsequent training of new personnel within Mexico.Act as line manager, setting objectives, performing regular check-ins and holding year-end reviews. Additionally help drive the career development of all direct reports.Shape the iHub strategy for FE Product Strategy partnering with existing iHub Product Strategy Managers within separate global locations.Drive migration of key tasks from investment offices to help add scale and efficiency to the platformLead sales enablement projects that incorporate technology or automation.Support client servicing through workflow coordination and driving initiatives focused on efficiency gains and improving collaboration among PS teamsHelp build and nurture stakeholder relationships, represent the team on internal forums and enhance the brand of FE Product Strategy.Requirements:4-6 years' experience in financial services with a focus on equity marketsExcellent communication skills across both verbal and written mediums. Fluency in written and spoken English is essentialStrong data management and manipulation skills; Experience with Python or R programming language is a plusAdvanced proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word, PowerPoint and Excel and ability to develop familiarity and skills using proprietary technology
