**What You'll Be Doing**:
- Coordinate with the Post-Production Supervisor to carry out the strategic vision for the department.
- Manage the daily operations of the LATAM video editing team, ensuring that post-production workflow runs smoothly, efficiently, and meets deadlines.
- Hands on video editing and delivery of our brands.
- Ensure that deliverables are on brand, meeting creative standards and delivery specifications.
- Problem Solve various technical filmmaking issues.
- Keep up with industry best practices and innovations.
**Must Haves**:
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Understanding of all aspects of post-production, from editing and color grading to audio and visual effects
- Knowledge of the overall filmmaking process from inception to delivery
- Familiarity with cameras, lenses, lighting, mics, stabilizers and other production / on set technology
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical filmmaking issues that occurred during production
- Knowledge of post-production workflows
- Knowledge of on premises storage hardware (SAN/NAS) and cloud storage technologies
- Knowledge of post-production formats, compression / encoding codecs
- Understanding of file naming conventions, media management, and media archiving
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to post-production equipment and software
- Strong people and communication skills for inspiration, management, and training
- Strong time management and project management skills
**Experience**:
- 5 years post-production experience with at least 2 years in a leadership or project management role
- 3 years experience with Adobe Creative Suite
- 2 years of Motion Graphics experience
- Experience with production and post-production budgets and spreadsheets
- Adult industry experience is a plus
