If this is something you are not comfortable with please do not apply._**What You'll Be Doing**:- Coordinate with the Post-Production Supervisor to carry out the strategic vision for the department.- Manage the daily operations of the LATAM video editing team, ensuring that post-production workflow runs smoothly, efficiently, and meets deadlines.- Hands on video editing and delivery of our brands.- Ensure that deliverables are on brand, meeting creative standards and delivery specifications.- Problem Solve various technical filmmaking issues.- Keep up with industry best practices and innovations.**Must Haves**:- Must be fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)- Understanding of all aspects of post-production, from editing and color grading to audio and visual effects- Knowledge of the overall filmmaking process from inception to delivery- Familiarity with cameras, lenses, lighting, mics, stabilizers and other production / on set technology- Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical filmmaking issues that occurred during production- Knowledge of post-production workflows- Knowledge of on premises storage hardware (SAN/NAS) and cloud storage technologies- Knowledge of post-production formats, compression / encoding codecs- Understanding of file naming conventions, media management, and media archiving- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to post-production equipment and software- Strong people and communication skills for inspiration, management, and training- Strong time management and project management skills**Experience**:- 5 years post-production experience with at least 2 years in a leadership or project management role- 3 years experience with Adobe Creative Suite- 2 years of Motion Graphics experience- Experience with production and post-production budgets and spreadsheets- Adult industry experience is a plusaZJAx88kgT
