**Job Overview**:
A Video Editor (VE) is responsible for making sure they are completing 2-3 projects a day - not only does the video editor have to be efficient but each editor is responsible for their quality control before delivering each project to our clients. You will be making sure you are checking Tonomo for project updates and communicating with the Project Manager(s) and the Operations Department to ensure that all assets are approved for final delivery.
**Rate in USD: $12 - $15 per hour (Depending on experience - Project Based)**
**Responsibilities**:
- Edit 2-3 videos a day.
- Communicate with clients for music choice(if needed).
- Collaborate with Operations & Project Management Department.
- Move projects from in-progress to completed on both Tonomo & Monday.
- Create and add animated text and motion graphics to branded videos.
- Upload videos to Dropbox and Vimeo.
- Occasionally upload videos to clients' websites and send out deliverables to the clients.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in Video Production/Post Production.
- Ideal Experience: Real estate and unscripted content a plus, experience with Davinci Resolve and/or Adobe Premiere
**Work Schedule**:
This is a salary exempt position. Minimum requirements average at 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week. Work hours are dependent on the needs of the business and the completion of projects. Some days may require more than 8 hours. Limited weekend availability may be required. Our standard operating hours are from Monday-Sunday, 9:00 am PST to 6:00 pm PST
