If you have a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of video strategy for influencers and companies, and can create compelling videos with the use of motion graphics, then we want you on our team!Viral Ideas produces social video content for companies all over the world. We are a fast-paced social video company that turns around videos for clients in as little as 24-48 hours.**Primary Responsibilities**:1. Edit short-form video content specifically for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels, ensuring maximum engagement and shareability.3. Ability to create video content when only given a brief & a pile of video content in a google drive. (Aka it would be up to you to find the best parts, find the hook, find the main points, determine the best look/style/feel and ultimately edit everything together)4. Stay updated on the latest trends, platform updates, and editing techniques to ensure content is fresh, relevant, and effective.5. Offer strategic insights on content direction based on platform-specific analytics.6. Willingness to embrace AI technology to improve creativity and workflow.7. Ability to edit at a face paced.**Qualifications**:1. Proven experience editing short-form video content for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels.3. Proficiency in editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects4. Deep understanding of social video strategy for influencers and corporate entities.5. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.6. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.7. Keen eye for detail, storytelling, pacing, and an innate sense for what grabs an audience's attention.8.
