Marketing at TRACTIAN The Marketing team tells the Tractian story, determines messaging and positioning, and translates our reimagined products and features into tangible customer benefits. Our marketers — across Brand, Video, Content, and Performance — are responsible for acquiring new customers, representing the company's goals, and deeply understanding the business. We're a highly cross-functional team and partner most closely with the Product, Sales, BD, and Design teams to help our prospects and customers grasp how we can help them reach their full potential.
What you'll do As a Video Producer Specialist, your main responsibilities will involve handling the entire video production cycle, from pre-production planning to post-production editing. You will be in charge of setting up and operating camera equipment, ensuring optimal video quality. Additionally, your role involves directing scenes, managing sound and light settings for optimal effect, and collaborating closely with other production team members. Your creative input will be essential in storyboarding and conceptualizing video projects, ensuring that the final product aligns with the project's vision and goals.
ResponsibilitiesOperate and maintain professional video equipment for high-quality recording.
Oversee the entire production environment, ensuring it meets project requirements and creative vision for the created campaigns.
Conceptualize and produce dynamic motion graphics and video content for digital media, including ads, explainer videos, social media content, and more.
Ensure consistency in motion design elements, adhering to established style guides and motion design principles.
Create, optimize, and integrate visual elements, such as graphics and icons, into video content.
Manage multiple motion design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in Film Production, Motion Design, Animation, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Good knowledge of camera operation, lighting, and sound composition in video production.
Strong storytelling abilities, passionate about creating captivating and emotionally resonant visual narratives.
Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
Great understanding of video techniques, such as color correction, compositing, music editing, and SFX
Knowledge of Adobe After Effects, and animation principles
Solid understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
Strong communication skills to effectively convey design concepts and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to think outside the box to solve design/video challenges.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.
Bonus PointsExperience with Graphic Design or Photography.
Experience with VFX or CGI.
