Virtual Assistant/ Receptionist

Building Blocks Developers provides property renovation and restoration services across the Chicago area for multi-unit residential and commercial spaces. We are actively recruiting personnel to join our team providing remote administrative and operational support for managing construction projects and generating leads remotely.**Compensation will be in US dollars. This is a fully remote position.****Base Pay $1000.00 USD per month plus additional bonuses.**Job Responsibilities Include:- Monitor phone lines for client questions, new customer info- Complete outbound sales calls using sales pitch script to generate leads for services- Bookkeeping, digital filing, data entry, and maintenance of records and paperwork- Source materials and vendors for projects- Communicate with vendors in a professional mannerComplete all tasks assigned within 72 hours.Qualifications and Skills- Some College education in related field preferred- English Fluency- Type 50 words per minute on average- Technical skills on computer (intermediate/advanced)- MS Office and MS Suite proficiency- Problem solving skills- Outstanding organizational and time management skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload- Strong verbal and written communications skills in English- Discretion and confidentiality- Strong customer service skills- Strong phone communication skillsCompensation:(Independent contractor 1099)**Language**:- English (required)Work Location: Remote
