Virtual Assistant - Sales, Administrative, Customer

**Meneses Law **is an accomplished law firm with an outstanding track record of providing immigration services with the highest professional standards to our clients. Our headquarters is based out of Houston, Texas and with the expansion to other major cities, our aim is to assist clients to achieve their legal objectives as efficiently as possible.

We are currently looking for experienced and enthusiastic individuals to join our virtual team in the following departments**:Administrative, Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing**

**Administrative**:
**Customer Service **- In this role, you will handle incoming calls from existing clients, providing excellent customer service and answering their questions effectively. Previous experience in a call center or telephone customer service is required. Strong attention to detail is essential to ensure accurate information is provided, and proficiency in English (B2 or above) is necessary for clear communication and proper documentation.

**All applicants must meet the following requirements on their computers**
- A processor that is - Intel Core i5 or newer, Apple M1 or newer, AMD Ryzen 5th generation or newer
- 8GB of RAM
- SSD Hard Drive running their computer's OS
- At least 1GB of available storage on their hard drive
- At least 100mpbs of internet speed

Pay: $12,000.00 - $17,000.00 per month
