Virtual Medical Scheduler

**We are a Virtual Medical Call Center for Mental Health providers all over the United States.
****We are looking for a VIRTUAL MEDICAL SCHEDULER.
This position is****FULL-TIME****Responsibilities**:- Bilingual Spanish and English (Expert in both required)- Scheduling: responsible for the scheduling Consults- Monitor Telephone/TEXT: direct calls to patients and respond to all incoming text messages quickly.- Enter and maintain correct patient data in computer system- Verify patient information and Insurance.- Inform patients of medical provider office policy- Scanning patient records and saving in provider system- Office Administrative duties as needed- Give directions to appointment location.
**Job Requirements**:- WORK 9-5 pm CST Monday - Friday (night shift)- Must have a desk top computer or a computer capable to have 2 screens- High speed internet- Back up internet- Internet router to plug phone into- A back up generator- A designated office space to work with HIPAA sensitive data- Must be able to pass a Criminal and Drug background check.
**Education/Experience**:- High school diploma or equivalent.- Medical Sales/ Medical scheduling experience preferred.- Must have Insurance Verification experience- Experience with Electronic Health Records- 5 years of customer service experience.- Excellent written and oral communication- Ability to handle multiple software programs simultaneously**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, PermanentApplication Question(s):- Are you fluent Bilingual English and Spanish**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Customer Service: 3 years (preferred)- Medical Scheduling: 5 years (required)
