We are looking for someone that wants to be part of something great and grow with us, if you change jobs frequently... this isn't for you.We have our lead generation team that is generating 30+ leads every day and we need additional salespeople that will come in and help us acquire these at a discounted price!**Responsibilities**- Contact Seller within 10 minutes of a lead being generated- Qualify sellers to identify if they meet our buying criteria- Work with Sellers to best solve their problems by offering our best buying solutions for them- Work with the Acquisition Manager to ensure no deals work left behind- Work with Underwriters create the best and most profitable offers- Consistently ensure CRM tasks completed and offers are presented**Job Specifics**:- Generate at least $100,000-200,000 of CLOSED revenue for the company every month individually- Acquire a minimum of 2-3 signed contracts per week.- Make 100-200 calls daily- Have at least 70 conversations daily- Present minimum of 5 offers each day- Track, follow up, and report on all offers- Have 3-4 hours of talk-time per day- Property handoff any deals under contract to our Transactions Coordinator TC- Always update CRM on property status- Ensure all property details are imputed in CRM system for tracking- Follow up with all potential leads with an offer range in the time promised. (within 10 minutes after initial contact)- Participate in weekly Leadership Meetings at 9am- Expected to be on phones, be slack, and stay focused and on top of your goals Monday through Friday,- Weekday standard time will be an 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday, and some limited weekend availability.**Requirements**:- Most important is mindset & drive -- you hold yourself accountable to the highest standards of performance and are resilient.- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English.
