Bring the NMDP/Be The Match brand to life by developing innovate, usable, actionable and eye-catching visual interface and graphic designs to drive desired user actions, brand awareness and loyalty, primarily in the digital space. From concept to final delivery, this position will create visual content for multiple audiences and platforms.This individual should have a passion for user experience, interface, and graphic design.**Accountabilities**:- Participates in projects and cross-functional teams as assigned.- Actively participates as a member of the Marketing and Communications team to ensure the achievement of overall goals and objectives.- Pursues opportunities for ongoing learning.- Maintains and enhances knowledge of communications best practices, communications channels, emerging trends and new tools and processes, and works to incorporate new ideas into communication strategies.- Advocates an understanding of, and compliance to, defined processes; provides guidance and feedback on areas of continuous improvement.- Adheres to NMDP/Be The Match confidentiality policies for patients, donors and proprietary NDMP/Be The Match information.**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**: (Minimum qualifications needed for this position including education, experience, certification, knowledge and/or physical requirements as needed)**Knowledge of**:- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and Invision, Sketch, or other digital design tools. Versatile design skill set including layout, illustration and photo correction. Able to use style sheets and master pages.- Creation and adaptation of templates in design programs- Use of project management platforms (Asana preferred).- Current emerging trends industry, innovation, and technology.- How visual design decisions and structures affect accessibility (WCAG), usability and page rankings- Basic front-end development techniques and user interface elements such as patterns and components, mobile experiences, and responsive web designs.- Digital asset management and content management systems.**Ability to**:- Be part of the creative process, including multiple project details from start to finish. Includes ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.- Team-player person.- Navigate interpersonal dynamics with a proven ability to work cross-team, and synthesize feedback, edits, and input from others.- Have strong time management skills and demonstrated ability to gracefully handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.\ * Be able to provide bill of services ( factura ) according to MX regulations ( SAT )**Education and/or Experience**:- Bachelor's degree. Art/Design/Advertising education preferred.- 2+ years of experience as a design professional, with UX or UI project experience.- Creating content to engage Millennial audiences, creating educational, health-focused content, and creating accessible materials and materials for translation.
