Works together with the sponsors of the programs to create an appropriate communication strategy and communication deployment.**SECTION 2: DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**Under limited supervision and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:- Develop and write stories for print and electronic publications.- Participates in internal communication projects with a strong focus on the planning, development and implementation of communication.- Measures and monitors the quality and impact of internal communication activities.- Coordinates a network of contacts to motivate collaboration, the exchange of knowledge and facilitate the adoption of common practices.- Edits written communication pieces.- Ensures that programs promote consistent messages for all audiences.- Manage equipment utilized to create different communication initiatives.- Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level- For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable- Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures- Performs other duties assigned as needed**Calificaciones**SECTION 3: EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION**:- Level of education: University / Bachelor of Communications / Graphic Design or equivalent.- Years of experience: It usually requires 2 to 4 years of experience.Knowledge and Skill Sets:**SECTION 4: REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES and AFFILIATIONS**:- Experience in different types of communication (printed, electronic, audio, video, etc.)
