With more than 25 subsidiaries and 600 boutiques MONTBLANC is present all over the world.Join one of the most prestigious luxury brand, Montblanc is hiring and searching for a Visual Merchandising and Architecture Senior Manager.The Visual Merchandiser and Project Manager is responsible to coordinate and implement new Boutiques and POS openings in conjuction with HQ and ensures that merchandising and display elements are correctly implemented and maintained in each Design concept.Key responsibilities:- Budgeting and Purchasing:- Defines and follow budgets for annual expenditure on image and in store presentation material (display, visuals, uniforms, etc).- Defines and follow budgets for annual expenditure on Boutique and POS projects, in charge of the CAPEX Budget and calculate the monthly depreciation.- Implementing:- Coordinates the POS refurbishments and new projects along with HQ, landlords, vendors, internal areas.- Develop with HQ the new Whls projects according to commercial briefings.- Develop VM strategies to support the Rtl and Whls Budget.- Auditing and Animating:- Audits store image in markets to ensure implementation of guidelines, test knowledge of guidelines, and conduct training aimed at both sales staff and merchandisers on guidelines.- Miscellaneous:- Manages in-house Image needs for special events (seminars, press events, Launch parties).- Collaborates with sales and communication for set-up of special launch events on markets.- Research and communicate to the department head about related elements of the market and competition.The preceding Key Responsibilities statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by the people assigned to this job.
