Purpose:
Executes all visual merchandising activities related to marketing programs at the POS.- Key Accountabilities:
- Execute Visual Merchandising guidelines directly with Retailers
- Visual Merchandising Training for the Trainers and Store employees
- Report Management
- Store supervision to optimize spaces and ensure KPIS
- Strategy and Visual Execution:
- Implement visual merchandising guidelines and standards for each store or point of sale.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to align the visual presentation with promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Design and execute product display plans, windows, and theme areas.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- University degree or equivalent education required
- Broad and deep theoretical understanding of functional area
- Minimum 2 years experience in job or job function
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- High creativity and attention to detail.
- Adaptability to work in dynamic environments.
- Results-oriented and proactive.
