- About the job
- Oversee and check the VM implementation at all POPs (SR, IR MOB and MUB) according to global guidelines and policies.
This includes flagging if there are any local adaptations necessary to the Marketing Director channeled via Marketing Delivery for approval.
Localize global tools as required and coordinate developments to support global and local market activation plan if necessary, agreed with central Marketing Delivery
- Implement POP zoning in conjunction with central Marketing Delivery and the sales team according to market activation plan
- Execute VM training for the Sales team in all channels
- Make any requests to customer service in terms of orderings of VM tools, displays and collaterals (shopping bags, certificates, etc.)
- Control local Warehouses on monthly basis, making sure assets and tools are being optimized.
- Coordinate VM for new openings, relocations and refurbishments (long life and short life) and provide VM support for events (e.g.
PRCL, Dealer Days).
- Seek to improve access to the main online platform VM Help Desk at Coco, for all relevant channels in order to improve and enhance VM implementation for all POPs
- Manage external agencies providing guidelines, trainings tools and implementing reports and fup systems that assure excellence on execution on the pops for all distribution channels.
- Responsible for removing roadblocks from local VM team or flagging them to the Marketing Director to find possible solutions (i.e.
topics on non-availability, delays, etc.)
- Review and track VM budget spend according to market activation plan with Marketing Director
- Is the main contact for the Central VM team (receiving inputs and providing feedback on any improvement area)
- About you
- We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
- University degree (Architecture, Art, Marketing or similar)
- 4 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in a fashion and retail environment, specially in the luxury sector
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- English level advance in spoken and written.
