Visual Merchandising and Trade Marketing Specialist
- This role involves working cross-functionally with key internal business partners, as well as field team members to ensure consistent and effective plans are in place across all distribution channels.
- This role is based in Mexico City.- _Control and Manage all VM Local printing material processes (supplier, logistics, and installations) align with Latam guidance._
- _Manage and control Local POSM Printing Budget for all VM assets in México._
- _Secure the VM rollout for all local + global campaigns aligned to launch dates.
Available to react if any missing element is required to the stores._
- _Secure the VM floorplan implementation for all store formats.
Support stores in implementation and feedback._
- _Guide and Evaluate in-store VM guide implementation following all correct product and visual placement in all campaigns visiting key stores monthly._
- _Share implementation visual reports of each campaign execution._

**Something About You**:

- _3-5 years of solid experience working in Visual Merchandising, Marketing, and/or Trade Marketing_
- _Experience in retail, fashion, or FMCG industry_
- _Experience in global organizations_
- _Successful Project Management capabilities and past experience_
- _Fluent in English - verbally and written_- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally_- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage large sets of data/projects and present results in a simple manner_
