Voice Agent (Customer Service Representative)

Role: Call Center (Customer Services)Location: Mexico City, Mexico (Onsite)Type of Hire: Long Term ContractStart Date: ImmediateWork for one of the world's leading providers of Technology and communications services, transforming the way they connect around the world.1) Deliver a positive experience that solves customers challenges in one call2) Work to resolve issues by providing accurate information to all the customers according to their needs3) Help tp drive sales products and services that will keep them happy and connected4) Learn and uncover customers needs by creating connections and asking the right questions5) Position product insights solutions recommendations to provide customers with a complete top solutions**Mandatory Requirements**:- Conversational English Level (B2 or above)- High School diploma GED or equivalent- 6 months of stable experience in call center- Willingness to work on Site (north CDMX)- Schedule availability- Willingness to complete and pass a background check verification**Desirable Requirement**:- Experience promoting and selling products and services- Experience resolving customers issue and billing- Customers services experience- Demonstrated experience communicating with Customers to find solutions**Salary**: $90.00 - $100.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per week
