They will oversee all development activities in Mexico, including all entitlement, planning, design, construction, and delivery activities.
The position is based in Mexico City.- **What the job involves**- Source and execute investment opportunities in Mexico's residential real estate sector- Lead and manage feasibility analyses on land use and entitlements, along with market, financial and engineering analyses- Manage and motivate a team of subordinates to carefully orchestrate the quality development and construction of each industrial project- Provide regular reports and updates on projects' advances to internal and external stakeholders, including senior management and investors**Who we are looking for**- Solid, hands-on experience in real estate acquisitions and development in the residential sector- Demonstrated experience in entitlement processes, permitting and the design & execution of residential real estate projects- Skilled in handling multiple tasks, with the ability to deliver against budget, schedules, and quite frequently under pressure- Ability to work with limited supervision- Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to motivate and manage multidisciplinary teams- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English are a mustJob ID 12261
