Experience and expertise in:
-IT Industry as Consultant, preference in software development services, staff aumentation, IT Services, Cloud infrastructure;knowledge of interaction with vendors as Microsoft, SAP, Oracle, Infosys, AWS and others.
-5+ years project management and delivery experience and Professional Services experience
-Responsible for the delivery quality of key accounts within Business Units with direct report to the Managing Director.
-Passion for developing and implementing operational standards and processes
- Well-developed business acumen and technical aptitude to effectively guide/influence the priorities of various stakeholders while delivering exceptional service to customers
-Strong problem solving, analytical, planning, and organizational skills
-Contributor of the Business Unit?s strategy.
P&L responsibility including annual budget development and monthly income statement analysis
-Accountable for control and knowledge over projects financial status to facilitate business decision-making, pointing on maximizing project's margin and revenue.
-Responsible for ensuring alignment between delivery and Client?s business goals ensuring the highest customer success experience and identifying new business opportunities with strong interaction with the sales force.

3 win rate focused in POD continuity-extension in local and regional customers.
-In charge of planning and control of P&L according to the SOWs and annual forecast.
