**Role at a Glance**:
As the VP of Product, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. You will lead a team of product managers and collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver products that meet market needs and drive business growth. This role requires a visionary and experienced leader with a deep understanding of B2B Payments, SaaS and fintech trends, user experience, and agile methodologies.
The VP of Product will play a pivotal role in shaping the product vision, strategy, and execution to drive our company's growth and success for multiple lines of products, including Paystand, Yaydoo and Teampay products.
**Responsibilities**:
**Definition of the Product Strategy and Vision**:
- Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's mission and business objectives.
- Conduct extensive market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in the B2B payments space, focusing on AR and AP solutions in the US and LATAM markets, applicable to Paystand, Yaydoo and Teampay products..
- Create and maintain a long-term product roadmap that supports the company's strategic goals.
**Management of Product Development**:
- Lead the product management team in defining product roadmaps, prioritizing features, and managing the product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond.
- Prioritize product features and initiatives based on business goals, customer needs, and market trends.
- Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
- Foster a culture of innovation within the product team, encouraging creative solutions and continuous improvement.
**Facilitation of Cross-functional collaboration**:
- Work closely with departments including Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture, providing mentorship and professional development for product managers and other team members.
