Role Insight: As the VP of Sales for Mexico, you will be pivotal in shaping the sales trajectory, accomplishing annual objectives, and understanding the intricacies of the market and its competitive landscape. Your exceptional customer engagement, stellar communication skills, and knack for forging significant relationships will be integral to this role. Participation in key industry conferences will also be a part of your contributions. Key Responsibilities: Steer company revenue goals and engage with customers. Collaborate closely with Account Managers and the Pre-sales team. Establish and manage sales budgets. Define yearly sales objectives and inspire the sales teams towards realizing them. Keep a pulse on market trends, competitor products, and strategies. Generate sales analytics reports and offer insightful feedback during leadership meetings. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years in a sales role, specifically in Cyber security/B2G. Proven track record in sales leadership for at least 2 years. Comprehensive understanding of sales techniques and methodologies. Exemplary leadership, communication, relationship-building, and customer engagement skills. Proficient in strategic planning, organization, and innovative thought processes. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree is a definite plus. Proficiency in both English and Spanish is essential. Availability to travel extensively (LATAM).
