**Job Description**:**Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities**:The Mexico Vice President of Operations is responsible for providing strategy and full direction to a three-factory operation with well over 3,000 employees at our Saltillo, Mexico Manufacturing campus.This Vice President will be critical in the development of overall performance goals, objectives, operating budget and talent development within Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, IT, HR, Transportation, and warehouse/distribution.- Lead and develop direct reports and others through coaching and development plans; identify and develop successors; monitor progress against goals & development plans- Foster an environment that encourages employee engagement through demonstration and modeling of Lennox International's Core Values- Develop manufacturing objectives to meet & exceed customer requirements on time- Provide insights on available capacity, manufacturing capability, and demand; identify opportunities to improve efficiencies, develop and implement plans ensuring alignment with division and corporate strategic plans- Lead with a sense of urgency, accountability and collaborative solution orientation across all departments and teams with a focus on communicating work prioritization and minimizing disruptions- Drive performance execution through personal accountability across all departments- Effective and efficient management of capital projectsQualifications:**Education/Experience**:- Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred- 15+ years of progressive responsibility in manufacturing operations with management experience- Spanish and English language fluency is a must**Skills/Abilities**:- Certified Continuous Improvement and/or Operational Excellence (Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen) and change management methodologies strongly preferred- Highly adept performing at a fast pace, communicating and collaborating across multiple stakeholders- Experience with multiple operations related experience such as IT, Materials, Shipping, Quality and Production Control
