.The Senior Relationship Manager is a senior-level position responsible for assisting clients in raising funds in the capital markets, as well as in providing strategic advisory services for mergers, acquisitions and other types of financial transactions in coordination with the Institutional Banking team. The Senior Relationship Manager also serves as an intermediary in trading for clients. The role is to coordinate and lead efforts to identify and implement business opportunities with Mexico public sector clients, and involves managing the client planning, analysis, engagement and communications. This is done in partnership with bankers in other relevant business lines. The overall objective of this role is to deepen client relationships and drive revenue by cross selling the Citi platform while efficiently deploying the firm's capital and evaluating and managing risk.**Responsibilities**:- Assist in identifying the needs and help develop a strategy across sub-segments of the Public Sector: national and local governments, central banks, development banks, ministries of foreign affairs, state owned entities.- Track macro developments, rating agency actions and policy decisions to identify potential transaction opportunities.- Develop PS content to assist in the presentation and development of new ideas to clients.
