All the services are available for our employees free of charge.**Your key responsibilities**- Mentor and lead a talent acquisition team of two recruiters- Manage relationships with business leaders across the organization- Lead the efforts to create a consistent, data driven recruitment process- Manage and leverage relationships with universities, companies and search firms- Full Life Cycle recruiting- Develop strategic partnerships with hiring managers- Ensure recruitment metrics such as diversity and client satisfaction are met/exceeded- Provide observations and solutions to the Regional Recruitment Lead regarding improvements in the screening, networking, sourcing as well as the overall operations of the recruitment function- Lead global Talent Acquisition projects**Your skills and experience that will help you excel**- Experience leading and managing a team (desirable)- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment- Corporate recruiting experience- Strong experience using LinkedIn, Applicant Tracking Systems, University Relations- Excellent English communication and written skills- College degree is required: Psychology, Human Resources, Administration or any related degrees
