We are proud to be an EEO/AA employer.**Summary**:The Warehouse and Logistic Manager is accountable for the overall operations of the warehouse stock, including shipping, receiving and import/export. Will be directly responsible for the activities and direction of the Logistics / Warehouse personnel and their direct subordinate groups. Additional management responsibilities include, but are not limited to, oversight of finished goods, inventory management, shipping and receiving functions, and transportation for both Mexico and USA. This position is also accountable for maintaining the set delivery service levels. Overall personnel function and accountability will report to this position. The manager must maintain and deliver customer orders at or above expected metrics.**Essential Functions**- Manage and supervise the good development of the areas that are part of the Logistics Headquarters: Logistics of Entry, Process, Exit, and Control.- Register, analyze and execute the entry of the merchandise and corresponding documentation by entering, reconciling the information into the customs and company system.- Responsible for the control and checking of the merchandise according to the guide, invoice and/or shipping/transfer orders.- Supervise the main warehouse management processes. Formulate policies, procedures, and management indicators for logistics processes.- Responsible for maintaining accurate information in the physical stocks system.- Responsible for carrying out the inventories of assets and stocks of the company.- Dispatch or distribution, meet the requirements of internal/external customers, taking care of the distribution or delivery of the requested items.- Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.- Ensure overall quality of Logistics work is at or above set standards of excellence.- Complies with federal, state, and local laws in warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.- Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with customs and company system
