Supervise the control of the documentation coming from the suppliers during the reception of the raw material and make the respective returns when the case arises.
- Supervise the reception, physical control and daily report of the stock, supervise the loading of deliveries to customers, certify the daily attendance of the warehouse operators in charge.
Ensure proper compliance with the company's internal regulations and occupational health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate annual physical inventory of warehouse inventories, experience in the logistics of proper handling of materials, storage, transfer, loading and unloading, manually and/or with the use of forklift.
- Proficiency with technological tools
- Administration and Maintenance of the respective modules in the company's business system (ERP SAP) IM and WM modules / correct data integration.
- Fulfillment of the objectives established in the performance metrics related to the above mentioned tasks.
- Incorporates the tools and principles of standardization, 5S's, TPM, poka-yokes and continuous improvement into his/her work.
- Supervises that the personnel in charge complies with the applicable safety, hygiene, ergonomics, ecology and environmental regulations.
- Recognizes the personnel in charge for safe behaviors and gives feedback for unsafe acts.
- Responsible for the correct follow-up of the protocol of the personnel in charge in case of emergency.
- Actively participate in campaigns, courses, reporting of unsafe conditions and acts, tours and drills related to safety, hygiene and environment.
- Perform periodic inspection tours of safety, hygiene and environmental conditions of the area, equipment, tools, PPE and warehouses in charge.
- Observes compliance with the requirements of the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System of the processes he/she manages.
- Participate as manager of the monitoring of the following systems: GSSF, quality management, environmental management, safety management and C-TPAT.
