Joining us means joining a caring, responsible, and innovative company where more than 70,000 people lead the way to greener and smarter mobility, worldwide.Job Title (Job Code): Warehouse Assistant Tramo 4 (Cancún) – Tren MayaPURPOSE OF THE JOBYou are in charge of the principal operation activities of the warehouse, including reception, unpacking, storage, packing, and dispatching of the parts and tooling with the slipping list filled according to best practices.Organisation structure (job belongs to..)Alstom Americas – Alstom MéxicoSupply Chain / LogisticReports directly to:Warehouse ManagerWarehouse Leader Tramo 2 (Campeche)MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESReception and revision of the arriving shipments to ensure there is no damage at the entry of the warehouse.Match of the arriving materials vs the invoice and the PO documents.Report any identified issues, damages, discrepancies, wrong materials, or quality concerns.Fill the corresponding documents/formats in paper and in the system for the warehouse's activities (CRM, DOA, etc.).Identification of the components.Storage of the goods in their correct place according to warehouse management and golden rules.Provide the GR numbers for the finished services.Participate in the periodic inventory activities to ensure the system and physical materials align.Operation of lift truck and any other warehouse tools.Ensure that the correct material is delivered to the right site, on time.Support quality in the follow-up of the components identified in the quarantine area.Participate directly in the kitting process.Organize transportation of parts and tooling.Participate in the definition of the type of transportation.Ensure all the corresponding documents are properly stored.Ensure all information is updated at the end of the journey to avoid discrepancies between system and physical inventory.Mandatory:Technical career or similar certification.Spanish (mother tongue or bilingual).ExperienceMandatory:At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse.Experience in operation of lift truck and warehouse tools.Desirable:Valuable experience in companies of the same sector/activity or related.Competencies & SkillsMandatoryCollaboration/Teamwork.Communication with Transparency.Microsoft Package.Lift truck operation.DesirableEHS knowledge.Alstom is the leading company in the mobility sector, solving the most interesting challenges for tomorrow's mobility.
