.**Position Title**:Warehouse Associate**Reports To**:Warehouse Supervisor**Department**:Operations**Summary of Position **(Paragraph form)**:The position of a Warehouse Associate is responsible for proper receipt, handling, storage, count accuracy, transfer, packaging, and shipment of products in and out of the warehouse. The position will also include the roles and responsibilities of material handling and helping with physical inventory as well as picking orders in the warehouse as needed. This position needs to have moderate computer skills and the ability to work within an ERP system. This position will need to execute on a variety of work instructions to assist with production of finished goods for sale as needed. The Warehouse needs to have excellent organizational skills and must function well in a team environment. An ability to adapt well to changes and system improvements is important. Willingness to perform duties outside of the warehouse and to train others in all aspects of warehouse duties. Demonstrate a positive attitude. Work safely and use good judgment in order be safe.**Primary Responsibilities **(Bulleted form)**:- Follow written and verbal instructions- Demonstrate excellent attention to detail in the execution of work instructions, accurately repeating and documenting steps.- Understand procedures to meet ISO and FDA guidelines for compliance.- Perform activities outside of manufacturing as necessary to assist other departments.- Work in a team environment, with co-workers, engineers, etc. to meet company objectives- Provide training to others as necessary- Adapt to changes in procedures, revisions, updates, and system improvements- Understand company policies, Quality System, and its documentation requirements, to meet FDA compliance.- Ability to safely and successfully perform essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA & other federal, state & local standards- Ability to maintain reasonably regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA & other federal, state and local standards- Compliance with all personnel policies- Must be able to alternate walking and standing during shift- Continuous execution of repetitive motion.- Frequent execution of lifting supplies and parts weighing at least 50lbs.- Perform inventory movement and processing the respective transactions in the ERP system.- Responsible for Inventory Accuracy in the warehouse and other stocking locations.- Ensure proper procedures are followed for storing and transferring inventory to and from the warehouse.- Stores product by designating storage areas; adjusting storage areasaccording to production and shipping requirements; updating location database.- Monitors inventory by completing cycle counts daily.- Participates in inventory counts and discrepancy investigations.- Perform Epicor transactions for shipping and documentation.- Put away product from receiving or quality control area
