This role ensures the preparation of shipments of different products meeting destination specifications within established times and analyzes, proposes, and implements actions for continuous improvement within the processes under responsibility.Essential Responsibilities:Responsible for planning and organizing the program of activities of the different warehouses, coordinating tasks with Warehousemen, delegating activities, and following up on pending tasks.Coordinates with the shipping area for the preparation of products to be sent to programmed destinations, working with warehousemen and production supervisors to anticipate possible bottlenecks affecting on-time deliveries.Issues and coordinates the program for cyclic and physical inventories, ensuring effective communication with interested parties to avoid production activity disruptions.Establishes, follows up, and reports warehouse performance indicators to evaluate efficiency, proposing and executing corrective actions as needed.Reviews, analyzes, and releases consumables warehouse requirements, ensuring timely supply to different areas, avoiding waste and overstocking, and verifying reorder points to prevent cost overruns.Communicates effectively and timely with corresponding personnel in USA plants for relevant warehouse management information.Plans the distribution of space in warehouses, ensuring adequate availability for the receipt and storage of products and raw materials
